Abstract
WILLIAM E. JORDAN, after spending twelve years in the i6-mm. industry, joined the Motion Picture Division of the Department of Theater Arts of the University of California at Los Angeles in 1947, first as a student and more recently as a member of the faculty. He has written and directed Projecting Motion Pictures and Shakespeare's Theater: The Globe Playhouse (the latter with Mildred R. Jordan). Mr. Jordan is also head of motionpicture production and distribution, University Extension, and is working on a series of films on motion-picture appreciation.
