Abstract
In this paper, a stochastic non-autonomous model with biodegradation of microcystins is considered. Firstly, the threshold of the model that determines whether the microcystin-degrading bacteria extinct is obtained. Then, we investigate the persistence of species: it shows that there exists a unique nontrivial positive periodic solution. Finally, we conclude our study by a short discussion.
