Abstract

The resonance fluorescence of a three-level ladder system interacting with broad band squeezed vacua and resonant classical fields is studied, in the weak and intermediate field strength regions where the scalar approximation is invalid. Features that do not occur at high classical field strengths are found, such as asymmetric spectra and disappearance of peaks. The presence of the squeezed fields is essential for these phenomena.
