Abstract
We consider a unique solvability of nonlocal elliptic problems ininfinite cylinder in weighted spaces and in Hölder spaces.Using these results we prove the existence and uniqueness ofclassical solution for the Vlasov--Poisson equations with nonlocalconditions in infinite cylinder for sufficiently small initialdata.
