Abstract

The nonstationary equation of heat conduction with variable factors showing a linear dependence on temperature of the principal physical parameters of a bolometer is solved numerically. The normalized transformation factor of a platinum bolometer for continuous radiation at a wavelength of 10.6 μm is analyzed as a function of the level of falling intensity, the root-mean-square Gaussian-beam radius, and the bolometer diameter.
