Abstract

Basic principles are formulated of the non-linear fluctuation theory which is applied to study the electromagnetic fluctuations in a nonequilibrium (in particular, close to the instability range) plasma and their time evolution; peculiar features of the fluctuation spectra associated with particle collisions and non-linear wave interactions are discussed; resonances in non-linear plasmas and special examples of establishing stationary spectra in turbulent plasmas are considered.
