Abstract
In an antiferromagnetic insulating (AFI) state of the title conductor, a negative resistance (NR) and/or a switching effect were observed in the current-voltage (I-V) characteristics. The NR effect is suppressed gradually with increasing temperature and/or magnetic field. The I-V curve returns to be ohmic in the re-entrant metallic states. Overall NR behaviors are well described by an empirical equation for a carrier decondensation process.
