Abstract
Exploiting a simple model for glass formers, we investigate dielectric response under oscillating temperature. We find that three characteristic temperatures, Vogel–Fulcher, glass transition and cross-over temperatures, can be determined from the analysis of the non-linear dielectric response. We also find a new characteristic temperature T 3 which signifies divergence of the third moment of the waiting time distribution and can be detected by additional peaks in the imaginary part of the second order susceptibility.
