Abstract

Heart Failure (HF) remains a significant healthcare challenge characterized by recurrent episodes of acute decompensated HF (ADHF) and frequent hospitalizations. To date, remote monitoring in HF has largely relied on information from implanted devices that are only available in select patients with therapeutic indications or on remote disease management programs with variable outcome benefits.
