Abstract

In summary, the present study shows the potential utility of MRI flow mapping for follow-up of venous coronary bypass grafts. Graft patency is accurately assessed, and abnormal flow volume and flow pattern may identify graft dysfunction at an early stage. Indicators of graft dysfunction appear to be flow of < 20 ml/min and absence of the normal biphasic flow profile.
