Abstract
We have measured the magnetic susceptibility and resistivity of Ce 1 - x Gd x CoSi 3 . The antiferromagnetism in GdCoSi 3 is ultimately suppressed around x = 0.4 by the enhanced Kondo effect. Non-Fermi-liquid behavior in resistivity has been observed around critical concentration. CeCoSi 3 has a complex magnetic structure in low temperature.
