Abstract
Our previous demonstration of the non-existence of the nontrivial vacuum structure in the Landau gauge Schwinger model is completed by constructing operator solutions in non-covariant gauge ∂0A0+αB=0 and in covariant gauge ∂µAµ+αB=0. It is pointed out finally that the consequences of our investigations are best illustrated in the Coulomb gauge.
