Abstract

A 19-year-old female presented with off-white colored depigmented macules over her laft fore arm. A clinical diagnosis of nevus depigentosus was made. As the patient had cosmetic concern regarding that lesion, she was treated with noncultured epidermal suspension technique. She had more than 90% repigmentation after 6 months of the procedure and the pigment was retained at 1-year follow-up. We also discussed briefly regarding the available literature on surgical treatment options.
