Abstract
▪ Non-violent resistance (called NVR for short) is a way of helping parents to look after their children.▪ We met with parents of adults with learning disability 8 times to do NVR.▪ Parents said NVR helped them.▪ We think more psychologists should try using NVR with parents of adults with learning disability.
