Abstract
Eight of the Chernikov-Grad 13-moment equations, determining the approximate solution of the general relativistic Boltzmann equation have been developed completely including the nonstationary thermodynamical problem. Entropy balance and Gibbs equations were also formulated at this nonstationary level.
