Abstract
This study aims to determine the profile of self-medication sales of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs at Mida Farma I Drugstore Gresik. It is conducted by using the observational method with data collection and observation on the Non-Steroid Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID) stock cards in February 2020 at Mida Farma I Drugstore Gresik. The results show that the highest sales profile is the non-selective group of 87.68%, then the second is the COX-2 selective group of 12.32%. The most sold drug is ibuprofen of 20% and the lowest sold one is Aspirin of 14%. The pharmacokinetics of ibuprofen are it absorbs very quickly through the stomach; has a maximum plasma level that has reached 1 to 2 hours; and has low side effects

Piroxicam 10 mg Piroxicam 20 mg Ibuprofen 400 mg Diklofenak 50 mg Meloxicam 7,5 mg Eterocoxib 60 mg. Hal ini dimungkinkan karena banyaknya pasien yang sering melakukan swamedikasi pada golongan obat Anti Inflamasi Non-Steroid golongan Nonselective di Apotek Mida Farma I Gresik. Golongan obat ini lebih banyak digunakan dikarenakan mampu memberikan efek yang lebih cepat dalam menghilangkan rasa sakit jika dibandingkan dengan golongan lain, dengan harga yang terbilang murah dan mudah didapat, sehingga banyaknya pasien lebih memilih menggunakan OAINS untuk mengatasi nyeri (Riskesdes dalam Soleha dkk; (2018)). Pada pasien osteoartritis obat ini mampu memberikan efek samping yang lebih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan golongan OAINS lainnya. Pasien yang memilih Meloxicam dikarenakan obat tersebut mampu menghambat COX-1 sehingga ketika digunakan lebih aman bagi pengguna yang memiliki riwayat gastritis, dan COX-1 juga tidak meningkatkan potensi pada asam lambung sehingga aktivitasnya tidak akan terhambat. KESIMPULAN Jumlah total Penjualan Obat Anti Inflamasi Non-Steroid yang paling banyak terjual di Apotek Mida Farma I Gresik selama periode Februari 2020 yaitu golongan Nonselective sebanyak 926 obat (87%) dengan obat banyak terjual adalah obat Ibuprofen sebanyak 220 obat (20%) dan obat yang terendah terjual adalah Aspirin sebanyak 141 obat (14%)
