Abstract

The jump phenomena observed on the output signal of non-linear control systems subjected to non-stationary gaussian random inputs are presented. The analytical procedure is carried out by using the statistical linearization technique. As a numerical example, the mean squared values and the jump phenomena on tho responses of nonlinear control systems containing the saturated element with random disturbance like a sudden gust of wind or an earthquake are discussed.
