Abstract
Nonlinear non-resonant interaction of self-excited ionization waves in d.c. neon glow discharge in a longitudinal magnetic field is treated experimentally. In order to distinguish an effect of the magnetic field on a self-interaction and cross-interaction of the wave, a system of coupled nonlinear differential equations for two intensities is used for an evaluation of obtained experimental results.
