Abstract
An experimental study of electrical transport phenomena in a Ag 2S layer at liquid-nitrogen temperature is reported. The current-voltage curve is non-linear with increasing voltage. The non-linear current may be discussed in terms of a sine-Gordon chain of coupled Ag + ions.
