Abstract
We construct explicit quantization of semisimple conjugacy classes of the complex orthogonal group SO(N) with non-Levi isotropy subgroups through an operator realization on highest weight modules of the quantum group \documentclass[12pt]{minimal}\begin{document}$U_q\bigl (\mathfrak {s}\mathfrak {o}(N)\bigr )$\end{document}Uqso(N).
