Abstract

Non-invasive preimplantation genetic testing (niPGT) for aneuploidy (A) and structural rearrangements (SR) assesses ploidy indirectly by analyzing embryonic cell-free DNA in the spent culture media (SCM). In this study we investigated the predictive values of niPGTA/SR by analyzing the SCM samples of embryos, previously analyzed by trophectoderm (TE) biopsy, to compare ploidy concordance rates between TE, SCM and whole embryos.
