Abstract

Given the potential for rupture or subsequent recurrence, consideration for rudimentary horn excision should be made in cases of rudimentary horn ectopic pregnancy. With advances in laparoscopic technique, this method is being utilized more commonly to excise rudimentary horn ectopic pregnancies in place of traditional laparotomy.
