Abstract
The IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society's (SSCS) Nominations Committee spent the spring drawing up a slate of eight candidates for the 2012-2014 term, which is announced on the Society's Web site: sscs.ieee. org/elections.html; the eight candidates will run in the fall for five positions. The SSCS Administrative Committee (AdCom) manages the Society, its publications, conferences, chapters, awards, and participation in councils and cooperative ventures and determines member benefi ts. One-third of the 15-member AdCom is elected by the membership every fall. Some additional AdCom members are appointed by the president.
