Abstract

Based on the vibroseis system, the technique of the source array provides the strong energy of seismic wavefield. The coherent noise is the main noise that increases the difficulty of the seismic data processing. According to the characteristics of the seismic data of the source array and the coherent noise, coherent noise attenuation of the source array based on the non-subsampled Shearlet transform (NSST) is proposed. We have employed this method on the synthetic data and the filed seismic data in the Chaganhua area in China. The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the data has been greatly improved, and the low frequency information is protected, which proves the effectiveness of this method on coherent noise suppression of the source array.
