Abstract
A standardized anaphylaxis definition is needed for clinical trials of allergy immunotherapy products. An algorithm in the Standardized MedDRA Query (SMQ) was used to identify anaphylaxis in house dust mite (HDM) sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT)-tablet clinical trials.
