Abstract
The General Court annulled the decision of the OHIM First Board of Appeal and held there was no likelihood of confusion for similar or identical products in Classes 18 and 25 between the word Community trade mark application No. 3 665 957 GOTHA and the earlier figurative Community trade mark.
