Abstract

En el presente artículo analizamos un grabado de Jan Baptist de Wael que debe ser puesto en relación con la obra de Murillo “Cuatro figuras en un zaguán”, perteneciente a la Kimbell Art Gallery. Nos adentramos también de alguna forma en el proceso de creación de la imagen, de la historia narrada en el lienzo, según la mente del artista sevillano.
