Abstract

In this issue of Cell Chemical Biology, Cook etal. (2019) report a new small-molecule activator that enhances osteogenesis and skeletal regeneration in developmental and adult animal models, respectively. This discovery has therapeutic potential for healing following traumatic bone injury, as well as bone remodeling in response to osteoporosis.
