Abstract
1. In a solution of CuCl2 and dibutyl sulfide in chloroform there is formed a complex in which the lifetime of dibutyl sulfide in the first coordination sphere of the copper ion is about 10−10 sec. 2. The authors determine the spin densities of the unpaired electron of copper at the protons and13C nuclei of dibutyl sulfide.
