Abstract
AbstractA simple and readily implemented technique for suppression of polymer signals in 1H 1D NMR spectroscopy of samples from solid‐phase synthetic methods is described. Based on the 2D TOCSY experiment, and combined with routine magic angle spinning, this sequence can be readily adapted from standard pulse programs and used in a robust way for a range of samples attached to Wang resin. Signal intensities of the attached species retain their quantitative nature, permitting the standard organic spectroscopic analyses to be performed. Copyright © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
