Abstract
The National Labor Relations Board has issued a complaint against Colorado Teamsters officials for making threats to employees trying to end compulsory dues under their employer's labor contract with the union. Because employees circulated petitions to end forced union dues and remove the Teamsters as business agents, union officials threatened them with loss of benefits, discharge, and a lawsuit. The National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation filed the claim of wrongful union actions on behalf of affected employees.
