Abstract

Labor practitioners often marvel at the breadth of activity that the NLRB will find to be protected. However, even the NLRB acknowledges that Section 7 protections only go so far. In a recent decision from the NLRB's Division of Advice, Virginia Mason, Case No. 19‐CA‐270734, the NLRB provided a reminder that Section 7 activity is not without bounds.
