Abstract

Abstract In Nigeria, as in many countries in Africa, three main religions may be encountered: African Traditional Religion, Islam, and Christianity. The majority of Christians in Nigeria are found in the south. There are a good number of mission stations and institutions along with churches serving southern enclaves in the northern cities and larger towns in what is normally referred to as the Muslim north.
