Abstract
The article attempts to present the unlawful behavior and attitudes of prison officers who, in the years 1944–1956, while serving in the then province, committed criminal, unethical, sexual behavior. The victims of this type of situation were persons deprived of their liberty and, in some cases, members of their families. The perpetrators of this type of behavior used their official position, and counted on impunity and no need to incur official and criminal liability.
