Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the investment project for resettlement and housing for workers in the Tra Noc Industrial Zone, Can Tho City. Secondary data collection methods are employed, utilizing project construction records and employing a comprehensive analysis method to compare and calculate various construction investment options to assess the project’s effectiveness. The project is evaluated as successfully achieving the goal of addressing the resettlement and housing needs of workers within the Tra Noc Industrial Zone. The research results have analyzed the standard criteria of the residential area project, ensuring both social and economic efficiency. Specifically, the project benefits from state budget funding support, resulting in a low cost of business investment. Furthermore, the project provides housing and living spaces for workers within the Tra Noc Industrial Zone, enabling them to work with peace of mind and contribute to the local economic and social development.
