Abstract

This article emphasizes that the theme of globalization has switched from the description of the globalization phenomena to the studies of ”global governance.” Unlike the descriptive approach of sociology, the approach of political science stresses the dimension of governance. To reach this goal the analyses of the NGOs' role in global governance s a flux and interaction of domestic and international politics. Thus, the study of global governance is necessarily related to international relations and public administration. By the elaboration of NGOs' role in global governance, the strength as well as limitation of NGOs in global governance are illustrated. Furthermore, given the ”midwife” nature of NGOs in global governance, this article provides strategies and model analyses of NGOs influence in global governance.
