Abstract
The purpose of this special report is to inform interested readers in the role of NGOs (non-governmental organizations) and their effective role on the international scene, especially after the cold war, and on the political processes. In general, the role of NGOs and their effects on the international laws and governments reveals the potentials of NGOs to influence the process of international negotiations. It should be considered that NGOs are not always against the international institutions , and do not always challenge their politics . Most of the time , they directly play significant roles on designing and making polit ical processes fro m within the system. Although NGOs are new and important players in global politics and international laws, they have yet to receive recognition.
