Abstract
The paper examines the success of online learning model transformation by identifying factors that impact learners’ satisfaction with online learning, thereby shedding light on the impact of satisfaction on learners’ learning outcomes. The study uses Information System Success Model (ISSM) as the basis for the hypothesis proposal and uses the structural equation model (SEM) to process the questionnaire data of 321 undergraduate students in Hanoi. The survey took place from November 2021 to February 2022 when many educational institutions in Vietnam adopted zoom as a solution for teaching and learning to cope with Covid 19 quarantine. The results of the research show that instructor quality, course content quality, education system quality, technical system quality and self-regulated learning have significant positive impacts on learner satisfaction, and satisfaction has a significant positive impact on learners’ learning outcomes. The results will benefit the service provider by increasing the system’s customer satisfaction and giving institutions ideas to improve teaching and learning methods.
