It also assays the relationship between levels of these biomarkers with some hematological and biochemical parameters RBCs, Hb, PCV, Creatinine, Urea, GFR. The results revealed that there was a Significant decrease with mean± SD of RBCs, HGB, as well as PCV, (3.36±0.69 X106/ mm3), (8.99±1.76mg/dl), (28.47±4.2%) respectively of patients with kidney disease as compared with healthy groups (4.55±0.47 x 106mm3), (14.28±1.43 mg/dl), and (40.11±3.84 %) respectively. The results also shows significant difference (p-value<0.05) decreased with mean± SD of eGFR in Kidney failure patients (13.42±13.83 ml/min/1.73 m2) as compared with healthy control group (114.12±12.49 ml/min/1.73 m2).
