Abstract
NexGen LPSを用いてTKAを施行し，術後5年以上経過観察し得た116関節を臨床的に評価した．手術時年齢は平均68.3歳，術後観察期間は平均6.4年であった．術前後の関節可動域，Knee Society scoreを用いて評価した．また術後疼痛を生じていた症例に対して原因を探索した．1例で感染のため再置換を行った．術前可動域は伸展－11.6度，屈曲111.0度，knee score 43.4点，functional score 41.3点であり，術後は伸展－2.7度，屈曲114.7度，knee score 92.4点，functional score 81.3点と改善しており，NexGen LPSを用いたTKAの術後成績は概ね良好であった．術後何らかの疼痛を訴えたものが30膝に認められ，影響する因子を検討した結果，術後の下肢外反アラインメントが疼痛に関与していた．
