Abstract
Angela Williams receives the £4,000 Queen's Nursing Institute Award for Innovation 1991 from Health Minister Virginia Bottomley. Community staff nurse Mrs Williams and her team. Anne Cope. Susan Lawrence and Susan Simmons, w ill be developing a community nursing service for people with lymphoedema in Enfield. £2,000 went to Marie Evans, a practice nurse and health visitor in Liverpool, to set up a network of primary health care support workers, and Catherine Davies, nurse and Senior Clinical Manager from Shipston on Stour was awarded £2,000 to develop patient contracts and discharge packages. The £2,000 Scottish Award went to Elizabeth Walker from Forth Valley Health Board to establish a Continence Resource Centre.
