Abstract
The University of West Hungary, the BOKU University and the International Academy of Wood Science are pleased to host the conference ‘‘Eco-efficient Resource Wood’’. We are also pleased to announce that the Academy Lectureship (our highest honour) will be awarded to Professor Holger Militz, who will talk on wood modification research from a European perspective. This is an excellent opportunity to meet with colleagues in two of Europe’s great cities and to learn of the latest trends in hardwood science and processing.
