Abstract

Abstract This section of the Journal includes brief reports of scientific presentations, panels, or seminars deemed likely to be of interest to the readership. The meetings reported upon in this section are those conducted at Academy programs, as well as at those sponsored by other groups. Reports are included if they demonstrate relevance to the mission of the Journal, scholarship and comprehension of the material reported upon, and if, in the editor's surmise, the report is a fair summary of the original presentation. Members of the American Academy of Psychoanalysis and other scholars or clinicians are invited to submit reports on scientific meetings of interest. Please write to Matthew Tolchin, M.D., at mt2@doc. mssm.edu. Comments or responses to these summaries are welcome and may be published in the correspondence section of the Journal.
