Abstract
Whether it's a hyperactive class of school kids, a team of football players in training or crowds passing through a busy square, they can all be indeed, should all be generating electricity, and contributing to the sustainable world. That, at least, is the vision of a London-based start-up, Pavegen, which demonstrated its technology in London's Canary Wharf in June.
