Abstract

A 52-year-old man presented to Dermatology with a 4-month history of an inflamed scaly papule that occasionally drained clear to purulent material. The papule had formed over a scar from a 4-vessel coronary artery bypass graft that the patient underwent 3 years earlier. He also had a history of well-controlled hypertension and denied any fever or constitutional symptoms.What’s your diagnosis?
