Abstract

Thus, our investigations provide evidence that certain ~-aminoketone derivatives of ~-amino acids have a selective effect on individual components and stages of development of the inflammatory process. In view of this, it seems advisable to us to search among the indicated compounds for new antiinflammatory agents, characterized by analgesic properties and by the ability to retard the development of fibrous granulation tissue during chronic inflammation.
