Abstract

The new era requires vigorous selection of cadres who dare to act as cou-rageous and courageous leaders. Leaders must assume the new mission entrusted by the new era and must have the leadership and art of knowing others. Knowing people and being good and knowing is the premise, and good deeds are the key. Knowing people’s good deeds is of great significance to the development of a unit’s cause. Leaders must overcome many problems in selecting and employing people and adopt positive and effective methods and measures to achieve good deeds.
