Abstract

Abstract The author reviews the potential and shortcomings of new educational technologies in the education, training and professional positioning of persons suffering from severe motor neurone disorders, with particular reference to the implications for their integration in normal schools and jobs. The views expressed arise from his experience at the Pont del Drago Centre run by the Barcelona City Council.
