Abstract
With a new machine it is now possible to granulate metal powder and diamond grit in just one operating cycle. Diamond segments can therefore now be produced with greater consistency. Within just a short time after its introduction to the market, the prototype of the Dr Fritsch GA 180 granulating machine has demonstrated that it provides an economic process for segment production. S. Burckhardt, sales director of Dr Fritsch Sondermaschinen GmbH, describes the unit.
