Abstract
It is shown, under weak analyticity assumptions, that both the ratio of forward differential cross sections and the sum of phases of the neutrino-fermion and antineutrino-fermion amplitudes satisfy dispersive sum rules. These sum rules are sensitive to the attractive versus repulsive character of the neutrino-fermion interaction at low energies and to the relative magnitude of the cross sections at low versus asymptotical energies.
